Following International Standards
ISOLAB has the capability of calibrating both Type-1 (Class 1) and Type-2 (Class 2) Sound Level Meters and Sound Level Analysers as per international standard requirements IEC 61672, IEC 60651 and IEC 60804.
Acoustic Calibration Method
We use the National Metrology Centre’s traceable type-1 acoustic calibrator. This calibrator is able to perform repeat calibration cycles at 94 dB and 114 dB. @ 1 kHz frequency range with the lowest measurement uncertainty of 0.5 dB.
Comprehensive Acoustic Calibration Range
ISOLAB is committed to continuously improving the comprehensive acoustic calibration range of 94dB, 104dB, 114dB and 124dB @ 1 kHz frequency range.
These significant ranges and calibration test points will determine the lowest relative response gain (dB) and accuracy of sound level meters and sound level analysers to the best measurement accuracy.
